At Picola Vastra Bhandar, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions before making your purchase. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with these policies.

There will be no returns and refund. Only exchange can be possible under certain conditions as mentioned below.

Return and Exchange policy

As a company policy, Picola Vastra Bhandar does not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold. it can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size, provided that the exchange conditions are met.

Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Out of Stock: In the case where the desired size is not available, the customer will be issued a store credit note for the value of the exchanged product. This credit can be used for future purchases and will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products that are on sale, discounted, or purchased using coupons are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully check the size chart for sale items.
• Sarees, Lehenga (including bridal and party wear), Gown and Unstitches Suit or any product falls under free size categories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for these items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number within 24 hours receiving the order via email with video of unboxing the parcel attached and then phone call. We will provide the fresh piece of the order you have made.

Please note that our products are handmade and may have natural variations in color, finish, and overall appearance due to the processes involved. The colors displayed on the website may vary depending on the device you use, including monitors, tablets, and mobile devices. There can be subtle color differences due to factors like screen resolution and lighting, typically around 10-12%. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact color as seen on your screen. And for any request for return or exchange regarding color variation will not be entertain. 

Once your request is acknowledged by the Picola Vastra Bhandar team within the next working day, please send the product back to us. Please note that we do not offer reverse pickup at the moment, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

• Important: When returning the product, make sure to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier service, including the number of products being dispatched, courier’s signature, and mobile number. We will not be responsible for lost shipments.

Return Shipping

• The return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
• We recommend returning the item via a traceable mail service to ensure delivery confirmation.
